Abstract:

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the factors regulating the increase in adipose tissue blood flow following meals. DESIGN: Eight subjects were fed three isoenergetic meals; two high-fat meals rich in either saturated or polyunsaturated fatty acids and one low-fat, high-carbohydrate meal.
