Structure-function analysis of the presumptive Arabidopsis auxin permease AUX1.

Abstract:

We have investigated the subcellular localization, the domain topology, and the amino acid residues that are critical for the function of the presumptive Arabidopsis thaliana auxin influx carrier AUX1.
