BACKGROUND: Psychosis secondary to paediatric Cushing's disease (CD) is extremely rare and presents a significant management challenge. METHOD: We report a 14.7-year-old CD patient with acute psychosis and self-inflicted injuries following failed transsphenoidal pituitary surgery.
