Membrane traffic: Golgi stumbles over cilia.
- Abstract:
- Golgins have been implicated in the maintenance of Golgi architecture. Recent studies have shown, however, that mice lacking the golgin TRIP11/GMAP-210 have normal Golgi stacks, but show developmental problems related to defective cilium formation and function.
