Abstract:

Baggrund: Fysiske adfærdsmønstre som fysisk aktivitet (PA), stillesiddende adfærd (SB) og søvn er afgørende indikatorer for sundhed. Utilstrækkelig PA, overdreven SB og dårlig søvn er forbundet med en højere forekomst af ikke-smitsomme sygdomme (NCD'er) som hjerte-karsygdomme og diabetes. Globalt set opfylder mange voksne ikke de anbefalede PA-niveauer, og de fleste lande vil sandsynligvis ikke nå de globale PA-mål inden 2030.
