Dataset
Data and script for RF shimming PCASL labelling pulses at ultra-high field
- Documentation:
- Five healthy subjects were scanned on an 8-channel-transmit 7 T human MRI scanner. Time-of-flight (TOF) angiography was acquired to identify regions-of-interest (ROIs) around the four major feeding arteries to the brain, and B1+ and B0 maps were acquired in the labelling plane for tagging pulse design. Complex weights of the labelling pulses for each of the 8 transmit channels were calculated to produce a homogenous RF-shimmed labelling across the ROIs. Variable-Rate Selective Excitation (VERSE) pulses were also implemented as a part of the labelling pulse train. The dataset contains the B1+ map, B0 map and TOF image of one subject. The script calculates the optimal RF shims for the PCASL labelling pulse train.
