Exercise prevents the accumulation of triglyceride-rich lipoproteins and their remnants seen when changing to a high-carbohydrate diet.

Abstract:

We tested the hypothesis that daily aerobic exercise opposes the fasting hypertriglyceridemia and exaggerated postprandial lipemia observed after substituting dietary fat with carbohydrate.
