NMR studies of modular protein structures and their interactions.
- Abstract:
- In the last 15 years, NMR has made a major contribution to the determination of the structures of individual modules. This review discusses the biological context of modular proteins and the ways in which NMR can be used to study interactions between modular proteins and their various ligands as well as intermodule orientation and flexibility. Illustrative examples on extracellular modular proteins are also covered.
