Three murine anti-human monoclonal antibodies broadly reactive with human T cells were conjugated to intact ricin toxin. The purgative effects of these immunotoxins (IT) on alloreactive T cells after in vitro pretreatment was tested in an in vitro assay measuring the generation of cytotoxic T cells (CTL).
