The nature of "promissory conditions"
- Abstract:
- Challenges the view that promissory conditions are terms whose breach creates the power to terminate a contract, and suggests no distinction exists between a condition precedent and a condition, even when used in promissory senses, and that traditional views of promissory conditions are correct.
