10 alloreactive cytotoxic T lymphocytes using REX Ti beta variable region (V) gene segments in formation of their antigen/major histocompatibility complex (MHC) T3-Ti receptor were selected, cloned, and characterized in an effort to examine the extent of receptor diversity created by this one V gene family.
