Abstract:

Human CD52 (CAMPATH-1 antigen) is an abundant surface molecule on lymphocytes and a favoured target for lymphoma therapy and immunosuppression. It comprises a small glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) anchored peptide to which a large carbohydrate moiety is attached.
