Abstract:

Agrochemical detoxification involves the consecutive action of several families of detoxifying enzymes. Cytochrome P450s (CYP450s) and Glutathione transferases (GSTs) are two large and diverse superfamilies of enzymes that play important roles in xenobiotic detoxification in many living organisms.
