An evaluation of tailored psychological treatment of insomnia.

It seems sensible to tailor treatments of insomnia in relation to the presenting characteristics of the sleeper and of the complaint. This report describes the first study formally to examine the comparative effectiveness of tailored and untailored (randomly allocated) treatments.
