Multimeric assembly and biochemical characterization of the Trax-translin endonuclease complex.

Abstract:

Trax-translin heteromers, also known as C3PO, have been proposed to activate the RNA-induced silencing complex (RISC) by facilitating endonucleolytic cleavage of the siRNA passenger strand.
