Abstract:

The cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator is encoded by the gene known to be mutated in patients with cystic fibrosis. This paper reports the cloning and sequencing of cDNAs for the murine homolog of the human cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator gene.
