Abstract:

Specimens similar to those studied in Part I were heated to study further the migration mechanisms of high angle grain boundaries through misfit dislocation arrays. The change in misorientation across the migrating grain boundaries was found to depend on the efficiency with which the misfit dislocations are absorbed by the boundary.
