Abstract:

BACKGROUND: An ideal computer keyboard for clinical use would be easily cleanable and cleaned by staff, meet acceptable levels of usability, and not attract hospital bacteria. METHODS: In vitro studies were performed to demonstrate bacterial transfer between keyboard surfaces and gloves.
