Electrochemical Detection of Melamine

Abstract:

Poly(caffeic acid) polymer was immobilized onto the surface of a glassy carbon electrode via electropolymerization. Voltammetry shows a signal related to the two-electron oxidation of the immobilized hydroquinone groups in the caffeic acid monomer units.
