Protein folding investigated by NMR spectroscopy

Abstract:

Proteins are biological molecules that perform diverse cellular roles, including metabolizing energy sources to regulating the acidity of blood. The collective actions of proteins and their interactions with nucleic acids at the molecular level enable life at the macroscopic level.
