Expression profiling by microarrays in colorectal cancer (Review).

Abstract:

Genome-wide gene profiling studies using microarrays have the potential to improve diagnosis and treatment of human cancers. Microarrays have identified many genes that are deregulated in colorectal cancer compared to normal tissue.
