Vlasov-Fokker-Planck simulations of fast-electron transport with hydrodynamic plasma response

We report on kinetic simulations of the transport of laser-produced relativistic electron beams (REB) through solid-density plasma, including the hydrodynamic response of the plasma. We consider REBs with parameters relevant to fast-ignition of compressed inertial confinement fusion capsules.
