DNA-coated gold nanoparticles for the detection of mRNA in live Hydra Vulgaris animals

Abstract:

Advances in nanoparticle design have led to the development of nanoparticulate systems that can sense intracellular molecules, alter cellular processes, and release drugs to specific targets in vitro.
