Abstract:

BACKGROUND: Congenital toxoplasmosis is a serious condition but little is known of the natural history of parasite development and associated fetal tissue destruction. METHODS: Two cases identified by ultrasound underwent induced abortion at 21 and 30 weeks' gestation.
