Scientific goals for the observation of Venus by VIRTIS on ESA/Venus express mission

Abstract:

The Visible and Infrared Thermal Imaging Spectrometer (VIRTIS) on board the ESA/Venus Express mission has technical specifications well suited for many science objectives of Venus exploration.
