Abstract:

PURPOSE OF REVIEW: The SYNergy between percutaneous coronary intervention with TAXus and cardiac surgery (SYNTAX) trial is the most important trial of surgery and stents in patients with severe coronary artery disease (CAD) and reflects real clinical practice.
