Abstract:

The isolation of a monoclonal antibody (1G9/C9) with specificity for the epizootic haemorrhagic disease (EHD) serogroup has enabled the development of a highly sensitive and specific blocking ELISA (B-ELISA) for the detection of serum antibodies to EHD viruses.
