Oxfold: kinetic folding of RNA using stochastic context-free grammars and evolutionary information.

MOTIVATION: Many computational methods for RNA secondary structure prediction, and, in particular, for the prediction of a consensus structure of an alignment of RNA sequences, have been developed.
