Prodromal Parkinsonism and neurodegenerative risk stratification in REM sleep behaviour disorder

Abstract:
Objectives. REM sleep behaviour disorder (RBD) is the most specific marker of prodromal alpha-synucleinopathies. We sought to delineate the baseline clinical characteristics of RBD and evaluate risk stratification models. Methods.
