BACKGROUND AND AIMS: The diagnosis of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) and fibrosis staging are central to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) assessment. We evaluated multi-parametric magnetic resonance (MR) in the assessment of NASH and fibrosis using histology as standard in NAFLD.
