Abstract:

RATIONALE: Hypoxia followed by reoxygenation promotes inflammation by activating nuclear factor κB transcription factors in endothelial cells (ECs). This process involves modification of the signaling intermediary tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factor 6 with polyubiquitin chains.
