QuaNCAT: Quantitating proteome dynamics in primary cells

Abstract:

Here we demonstrate quantitation of stimuli-induced proteome dynamics in primary cells by combining the power of bio-orthogonal noncanonical amino acid tagging (BONCAT) and stable-isotope labeling of amino acids in cell culture (SILAC).
