Similar temporal specificity of perceptual choice signals across a large pool of V5/MT neurons

Abstract:

In the awake macaque, MT neuronal firing to ambiguously rotating cylinders is correlated with the reported direction of rotation when the stimulus is closely matched to the neuronal receptive field.
