Isopeptide bond-locked enzymes to engineer thermal resilience

Abstract:

Despite their high utility, enzymes often require thermal stabilisation prior to use in industrial catalysis. Current stabilisation approaches are time-consuming and require the individual engineering of each enzyme requiring stabilisation.
