Fast multiplane functional imaging combining acousto-optic switching and remote focusing

Abstract:

Networks of neurons are inherently three-dimensional in nature, whereas conventional imaging methods, such as laser scanning two-photon microscopy, usually provide only fast two-dimensional imaging.
