Nairobi 2006 : trust and the future of adaptation funding

Abstract:

The decision at the recent UN climate change conference in Nairobi to adopt a 'one-country-one-vote' procedure for the governance of the Kyoto Protocol Adaptation Fund could help secure political acceptance for that fund, particularly among the many small and weaker constituents. But only if voting can be guaranteed.
