Fourier-based spatial mapping of oscillatory phenomena in fungi.

Abstract:

Microorganisms display a range of oscillatory phenomena that operate over different temporal scales. Fourier analysis provides a compact description of such oscillations in terms of their frequency, magnitude and phase.
