FUS/TLS is a novel mediator of androgen-dependent cell-cycle progression and prostate cancer growth.
Progression of prostate cancer is highly dependent upon the androgen receptor pathway, such that knowledge of androgen-regulated proteins is vital to understand and combat this disease.
