Incidence of serum anti-P/O-type and anti-N-type calcium channel autoantibodies in the Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrome.

Abstract:

The Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrome (LEMS) is an autoimmune disease in which autoantibodies are directed against voltage-gated calcium channels (VGCCs) at presynaptic nerve terminals.
