A human embryonic kidney 293T cell line mutated at the Golgi alpha-mannosidase II locus.

Abstract:

Disruption of Golgi alpha-mannosidase II activity can result in type II congenital dyserythropoietic anemia and induce lupus-like autoimmunity in mice.
