	These are PNG images showing the Ey field component
	as a function of position in a slice through the
	PhC structure. The two versions are for 25 nm and
	400 nm thick SU-8 disks.
	They correspond to Fig. 2(a) and 2(b).
	One pixel is equal to 36.3 nm.

	This is a CSV file corresponding to Fig. 2(c).
	Column labels are as follows:
	Thickness	= the SU-8 disk thickness in nm
	Qin			= the in-plane Q factor
	Qout		= the out-of-plane Q factor
	QT			= the total Q factor
	Vc0			= the mode volume in units of (lambda/n)^3

	These are HDF5 files containing the time-averaged
	Ez^2 field component as a function of position in a
	slice through the PhC structure. The two versions
	are for 25 nm and 400 nm thick SU-8 disks.

	One pixel is equal to 36.3 nm.


TM-TE_band_structure.csv

	This is a CSV file containing the band structure data
	plotted in Fig. 2(f).
	Column labels are as follows:
	labels		= lists the high symmetry points
	k index		= index of k points (plotted on x axis)
	k1,k2,k3	= kx,ky,kz coordinates in k-space
	kmag/2pi	= frequency of light line
	band 1,4	= frequency of TE-like photonic bands
	band 2		= frequency of TM-like photonic bands
	band 3		= not used
