Reproducibility is a fundamental hallmark of good science. The FDA-led MicroArray and Sequencing Quality Control (MAQC/SEQC) consortia conducted three projects to assess the reliability and reproducibility of genomics technologies including microarrays, genome-wide association studies and next-generation sequencing.
