Presumed capillary telangiectasia of the pons: MRI and follow-up.
Capillary telangiectasia is a vascular abnormality primarily of the brainstem. The clinical relevance is unclear as is the association with clearly pathologic findings such as cavernous haemangioma. We report on four cases with capillary telangiectasia proven by follow-up and describe the imaging characteristics.
