Abstract:

Background: Necroptosis is a programmed form of necrotic cell death. Necroptosis is thought to play an important role mediating the pathogenesis of inflammatory disease. Previously, a 30-mer peptide, P1213, within the most conserved region of TNF was found to be capable of promoting apoptosis.
