Abstract:

In Erceg v Erceg [2017] NZSC 28, the Supreme Court of New Zealand (Elias CJ, William Young, Glazebrook, Arnold, and O’Regan JJ) considered the vexed issues surrounding the disclosure of information relating to a trust.
