Retrospective evaluation of whole exome and genome mutation calls in 746 cancer samples

Abstract:

The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and International Cancer Genome Consortium (ICGC) curated consensus somatic mutation calls using whole exome sequencing (WES) and whole genome sequencing (WGS), respectively.
