Relating neocortical pathology to disability progression in multiple sclerosis using MRI.

Abstract:

Cortical grey matter (cGM) develops a substantial burden of pathology in multiple sclerosis (MS). Previous cross-sectional studies have suggested a relationship between measures of cortical atrophy and disability.
