Conformational dynamics of the mitochondrial ADP/ATP carrier: a simulation study.

Abstract:

The mitochondrial ADP/ATP carrier is a six helix bundle membrane transport protein, which couples the exit of ATP from the mitochondrial matrix to the entry of ADP.
