Abstract:

Ovarian cancer is the leading cause of death among gynecological malignancies. High-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC), the major ovarian cancer histological type, is mostly diagnosed at a late stage and is particularly prone to metastasis to the omentum and peritoneum.
