Determination of fetal RhD status by maternal plasma DNA analysis.

Abstract:

The prenatal determination of fetal rhesus D (RhD) status is useful for the management of sensitized RhD-negative women. Conventional methods for prenatal RhD status determination involve invasive methods such as amniocentesis.
